Storm Restaurant
Storm is the only restaurant in Poole which serves fish caught by the owner. Pete and Frances Miles are constantly seeking to increase the amount of locally sourced products used in their restaurant, and as well as catching his own fish, lobster and prawns, he grows many of the vegetables used in the restaurant on his allotment. Pete has also set up and runs a purification and wholesaling business for Poole Harbour oysters, the only organically certified oysters in the UK.
