that are committed to improving our environment, strengthening our communities and maintaining innovation and diversity in an increasingly homogenous world.
We see Nutmeg as a catalyst for change, linking companies more effectively with their customers and employees, and acting as a bridge between the corporate world, and communities and the third sector.
Our clients
Unlike many agencies, Nutmeg only works with organisations whose managing directors and CEOs are genuinely interested in developing their people and concerned about the impact their businesses have on society and the environment.
We surround ourselves with responsible people who are professional and reliable but also enjoyable to work with. We believe this is how business should be done.
We do, however, recognise that companies are constrained by the markets within which they operate and that a company’s primary motivator must be profit. Our goal is to encourage companies and their customers to adopt more ethical policies, not out of obligation, but because it makes business sense.
Our supply chain
We have a strong ethical supply chain.
We are committed to fair dealing and, in particular, in this challenging environment for photographers and videographers, we aim to restore value to the art of documentary media production. We also wish to support our photographers who work at other times documenting valuable social projects and issues with little or no remuneration.
We consider it important that our suppliers share our values. We therefore require our partners to complete an annual questionnaire relating to their corporate responsibility record. In selecting other suppliers, their CSR record is an important factor in our decision.
An ethical supply chain is not just about reducing carbon footprint. Our photographers, filmmakers and designers will not participate in campaigns that they feel may mislead the public as to the client’s actual ethical approach and therefore they re-inforce our core values.
